I Did Not Expect to See THIS in Magic Kingdom Today!

Something new has popped up overnight in Disney World, and it’s not like anything we’ve seen before!

Fall is quickly approaching, which means the Halloween season at Disney World isn’t too far behind. Now that we’ve seen Main Street finally decorated to its fullest once again in preparation for the spooky season, it seems Magic Kingdom wasn’t quite finished keeping us on our toes!

As a self-proclaimed Halloween enthusiast, it’s the one time of the year that I cherish most when visiting Disney World. Think about it, we get some tasty treats, breezes around the late evening, and an incredible earworm for parade music with Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade.

They’re back!

But, if you’re as big a Mickey pumpkin lover as I am, you’re going to go bonkers over this new surprise! It appears that the Halloween spirit has traveled a little farther into the kingdom than just Main Street, U.S.A. When we walked into Fantasyland today, we were SHOCKED by what we saw. Inside Storybook Circus, you’ll find brand-new Halloween decor around the land.

The lampposts that we’re typically used to seeing bare are now decked out with Dumbo…

…and Timothy Mouse pumpkin wreaths!

If that wasn’t enough for you, then you’ll want to keep your eyes peeled for even more around Fantasyland. As you stroll the pathways, be on the lookout for the festival cornucopia wreaths filled with hues of oranges, yellows, and browns…

That wasn’t all that was new today, though! Liberty Square also received an overnight Halloween glow-up.

We spotted lots of garland around the entrances of attractions…

Frontierland also put its best foot forward! We spotted several of their buildings decorated, too!

All the stores are decorated!

Almost everywhere you turn to look inside Frontierland looks like the wind has just blown a fresh set of fallen leaves into it perfectly.

It was quite a sight to see as we walked around and really applauded Disney World for continuing to build on the fall decor throughout the lands.

Speaking of Halloween, don’t go anywhere! There’s plenty of new treats, eats, and partying at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party happening soon. The separately ticketed event takes place on select nights from August 15th to October 31st. We’ll be bringing you along for it all, so you know what to plan for on your next Disney World visit!
