Why Disney Adults Are Suddenly Running to the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT

Not only do we just love starting the day off with a ride on the Gran Fiest Tour, but we also love popping into one of the best bars in Disney World, La Cava Del Tequila. Recently, we stopped by for a brand new, limited-time drink that we think every Disney Adult will be running to grab!

Over in EPCOT, the Mexico Pavilion is beloved for many reasons, but the number one reason for most people is La Cava Del Tequila.

This spot has a walk-up bar, or you can wait for one of the limited tables to grab amazing margaritas, snacks, and more at this spot. It’s truly a treat for us any time we get to stop by the most popular bar in Disney World, but our latest drink made it even more special because we tried the brand-new drink, The Blue Book!

The Blue Book!

This new drink costs $18 and is made with Pantalones Blanco tequila, Calenda mezcal, botanical aperitif, lime juice, a hint of blue curaçao, and a cold foam on top. First, can we just say this is the most adorable drink ever?

A close look at the cold foam!

The first thing we noticed is that while it is flavored with a hint of blue curaçao, it isn’t a ton of blue curaçao, so it’s not super sweet like you might expect a blue drink to be! This drink was super smooth! It had hints of the botanicals from the aperitif and the smoke from the mezcal as the main flavors.

It’s a good layer of cold foam!

The cold foam is sweet, almost like a whipped cream topping. We loved how the cold foam also featured an image of a book on top because it felt super unique and different. We really enjoyed this super fun, secret drink!
