If you’re an actor who has always wanted to be a Disney Villain, you’re in luck! NEW auditions were just announced for the show, but you don’t have long to submit.

Disney has just announced on its official Disney Auditions Instagram that auditions for the new show are now open, but only through June 6th.

They’re hiring for all three on-stage Villain roles — Cruella De Vil, Captain Hook, and Maleficent. There are some pretty strict height requirements you have to meet, though, so keep those in mind when submitting.

If you’re applying for Cruella or Maleficent, you need to perform the monologue provided for that character. However, if you’re auditioning for Captain Hook, you’ll need to perform the monologue provided, as well as the section of the song “Elegant Captain Hook” that the show features.

Submissions for these roles will only be accepted through June 6th, 2025 at 11:30 PM ET. Performers who have been asked for a callback will know by June 21st, and callbacks will take place on July 14th. As this show currently runs 15 times throughout nearly every day in the parks, it’s not unusual to see Disney hiring more actors for stage shows. This way, all actors involved in the show get the rest they need.
