EPCOT is changing again!

This park has amazing rides like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, wonderful live entertainment, and, of course, those famous food and drink spots. EPCOT’s famous dining options are about to expand thanks to the brand-new Spaceship Earth Lounge, and we’re getting a sneak peek inside right now!
GEO-82 is opening in EPCOT, and we are pumped! In case you missed it, GEO-82 is the new lounge INSIDE Spaceship Earth that is inspired entirely by EPCOT.

The new lounge is an adults-only space (guests must be at least 21 years old) and even offers fireworks views! This lounge requires a reservation to get in on the fun, but we’re getting a sneak peek at the new food and drinks the lounge will offer! We got to glance at the menu in early May 2025, but a first look at the food is finally here.

Note that this food was presented to us as part of a special preview, so the plating might look different when the lounge officially opens. Up first, we got to take a look at the Chef’s Selection of Artisanal Cheeses, Cured Meats, and Accompaniments ($29).

And here’s a peek at the Cannellini Hummus ($14) with pumpkin seed pistou, radish, preserved lemon, Fresno peppers, and pappadam. There really wasn’t any other flavor here other than the cannellini beans, but the toppings did help elevate it. We would have liked the pita chips to be a little more sturdy, because as they were, they couldn’t really hold up the hummus.

For a bigger bite, you can grab the Funghi Flatbread ($15) with roasted mushrooms, miso mascarpone, mozzarella, fontina, pickled red onion, and black garlic molasses. This had a miso glaze on it that was fantastic, as well as a salty umami taste to it, which we loved! The crust was most impressive to us, though — it was almost like a dinner roll, but still with the crispiness you want out of pizza dough.

Truffled Ahi Tuna ($23) was next with Japanese Whisky barrel-aged soy-truffle ponzu, citrus, scallion, tobiko, and black sesame seeds. We didn’t get to try this on our visit, but we look forward to tasting it in the future!

Finally, we have the Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau ($25) with smoked cheddar, pickled mustard seed-lemon vinaigrette, and supreme caviar. This was a very solid crab cake in our eyes, and on our sample, it had a generous amount of caviar on top. This was very elevated and felt like it matched perfectly with the upscale vibe of the lounge.

For drinks, we checked out the A Walk Through the Garden Mocktail, which costs $17. It’s Seedlip Garden 108 non-alcoholic spirit, basil, fennel, lemon, Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters, The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters, and bubbles. We were super impressed by this! It had house-made fennel and basil syrup in it that gave it more of a savory taste, but the aftertaste was sweet. This is NOT just a juice — it’s a well-thought-out mocktail that we’d love to come in and get on a hot day. Honestly, we’d choose it over some of the cocktails!

We also got to grab the Electron Cocktail, which costs $23. This one is Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal, carrot, cinnamon, lime, Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters, and pink peppercorn. This was a well-balanced, fruity drink that wasn’t overly mezcal-forward. The peppercorn is pretty strong, which we did hear some people saying threw them off, but this is definitely more for those who don’t mind the taste of tequila and enjoy fruitier drinks.

We also got to try the Brown Butter Old Fashioned for $28, and were in AWE at the amazing Spaceship Earth ice cube! This one is made with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, brown butter, maple, and Hella Cocktail Co. Mexican chocolate bitters. This was the clear winner for us — it tasted just like brown butter, but still had the heavy kick of alcohol from the classic old fashioned drink that you know and love. Even people around us who don’t usually enjoy old fashioned drinks were going to town on this — we think it’ll be a real winner!

You can check out the full pricing for the new lounge menu right here. This is just scratching the surface of everything you’ll be able to find at GEO-82 once it officially opens on June 4th, 2025. Stay tuned for our full review and, as always, keep following AllEars for more Disney news!
