People Can't Stop RAVING About This Disney World Coaster...and I Can Totally See Why

Is any one Disney World ride practically perfect in every way?

Well, we might argue that ANY of Disney’s classic rides would qualify as perfect (we’ll never complain about Pirates of the Caribbean in Magic Kingdom). There is, however, one ride, though that YOU, our AllEars Readers, seem to think is pretty close to perfect, too, though, and it’s one of Disney’s newest roller coasters!

We’re talking about Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT, which opened in 2022 and quickly became one of the most popular rides in Disney World. That popularity is for good reason, too — the ride features groundbreaking ride vehicles and technology that is still WAY ahead of its time. In fact, Disney has even won major awards for the ride!

It would seem that AllEars readers seem to think it’s worth the hype, too, judging from the reviews here on the site. One anonymous reviewer referred to it as “life-changing,” while another said it was “Perfection.” Let’s take a look at one of the full reviews of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind:

“Riding this coaster was one of the happiest few moments of my human existence. From “launch” to “landing” the rider is fully immersed in a sensational experience. Music is playing as the “spaceship” smoothly hurls you in all directions. This is not your typical thrill coaster. Google pictures of riders – their joy is real.”

Some of you are just blown away by the queue and the ride’s special effects:

“I loved this ride! The line is so interesting and futuristic! And then you get on the ride, and the screen is like woah! What just happened- How did they do that! It’s an incredible ride and definitely worth it!“

One of our younger fans said, “I think Guardians of the Galaxy is an amazing ride! As soon as you walk into the building, the attention to detail is incredible, especially in the room where you teleport into the ship! The ride is extremely smooth and feels very fast and the music is fantastic and it really ties the whole ride together to make an exciting experience.”

Many of you have it on your “must-ride” list for Disney World:

“Best ride at Disney…. it’s like you’re dancing….so amazing. I’m a local and ride this ride whenever I can and I’m grinning ear to ear every time”

Many of you would even refer to it as the best ride in Disney World.

“I never thought I could like a ride as much as Flight of Passage but here we are… this is possibly the best ride in all of the parks. It’s absolutely delightful, and despite it being a dark ride it’s still great for those who are a bit hesitant to ride roller coasters. All around it’s incredible.”

Currently, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has an 8.83 rating out of 10 and is recommended by 90 percent of our readers. That’s pretty impressive. We have a feeling this ride is going to be popular for a good long time.
