FULL TOUR: EPCOT’s New Land Is OPEN — Come See It With Us!

IT’S TIIIIME!

Walt the Dreamer

December 5th marks a VERY big day for EPCOT. The World Celebration Gardens, complete with the Walt the Dreamer Statue, is now open to park visitors. This day has been anticipated for YEARS, y’all. Disney fans have waited for what seems like eternities to finally get a glimpse of what has been going on behind the construction walls. Now, we’re taking you on a FULL TOUR!

Are you ready? Let’s go!

The new area is located just past Spaceship Earth, where the area kind of split off before to take you around the construction walls. Now, you’ll be greeted with some new signage that’ll point you in the direction of the revamped World Celebration area, where the Gardens are located!

When you head into the Gardens, you’ll immediately be greeted with trees, seating, and a serene area to relax. Oh, and did we mention that you’ll also get a pretty great view of Spaceship Earth?

Beautiful!

One thing that we noticed about the area is that it feels more like a seating area in Central Park or something similar. It’s a GREAT place to unwind while still being in the center of EPCOT.

It’s beautiful!

Plus, there are charging stations throughout the area so that you can recharge your devices.

There’s also PLENTY of seating. It’s like a large scale relaxation station. The design of the seating is super modern — fitting in nicely with the theming of EPCOT.

Lots of seating!

Of course, there are still some construction walls surrounding the area, but they aren’t too distracting.

When we visited, we saw a few friends. Hi, Daisy!

We also saw our pal Pluto.

Of course, there’s a brand new park map that includes all these new and exciting changes.
