We’ve got some BIG news for Disney World Annual Passholders!
Being an annual passholder comes with its share of perks, but there are some limits to the program, too — most namely the number of park pass reservations each tier of the Annual Pass program can hold per month. However, Disney World just added TWO parks for bonus reservations for one day this weekend!
To explain, bonus reservations are park pass reservations that can be made by Annual Passholders that do not count against the limit each specific pass allows for. We’ve seen Disney offer bonus park pass reservations in the past, and now they’re doing it again!
On Sunday, July 10th, Passholders will have two parks to choose from as their bonus park pass: Disney’s Animal Kingdom and EPCOT.
So if you’d like to visit either of those parks on Sunday, go make those park pass reservations as soon as you can!Â
It’s interesting to have two parks come up as bonus park pass reservations, so this could be a great perk for you to take advantage of!
If you’re interested in becoming a Disney World Passholder, know that sales on Annual Passes are currently halted, except for the Pixie Dust Pass, which is only open to Florida residents. This pass is only valid for most weekdays, save for blockout dates during peak times and holidays.

I have the pixie dust pass and this bonus isn’t available to me, I assume because I don’t have access at weekends?
Question: Does this bonus option for APs make hopper passes risky? Hoppers take the chance that capacity may be full at their park of choice and by essentially offering hopper reservations, this chance increases exponentially. That doesn’t seem right. People pay EXTRA for the hopper option.
EPCOT and AK are having a hard time selling out their reservations for day guests and resort guests whereas HS and MK are selling out daily. No reason to have AP holder sitting at home when they can be spending money at the parks!
