Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has officially reopened to all guests in Disney World!

The resort itself has been reopened for a little while now to Disney Vacation Club members (in fact, we even stayed there recently!), but the main hotel has remained closed until today!

Lobby

Because the resort has been reopened to some guests already, the lobby area has remains the same!

There are still health and safety measures in place, and masks are still required in the lobby.

What Is Currently Open

Dining

Three of the four dining locations have already reopened to guests including Whispering Canyon Cafe, which is a Table Service spot that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner…

…Geyser Point Bar & Grill, which is a lounge near the pool that serves small bites with Pacific Northwestern twists…

…and Roaring Fork, which is the Quick Service spot that you can go to grab something quick for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

At this time Storybook Dining at Artist’s Point remains closed.

Pools

Guests can also get back to enjoying two different pools at Wilderness Lodge just in time for the summer heat!

Copper Creek Springs Pool is the main pool that features a waterslide, hot, tub, and lots of room to spread out.

And, the other pool — Boulder Ridge Cove Pool — is tucked away at the Boulder Ridge Villas and features six shaded seating areas that are first-come, first-served.

Rooms

The rooms themselves will also look a bit different on your next stay, as the resort has reopened with some refurbished rooms! Now guests are welcomed into a sleeker atmosphere with new headboards, updated carpeting, and even new furniture! We’ll be at the resort later to try and check out the renovated rooms.
