Update: As of Wednesday evening, the Skyliner is back up and running.
It’s a busy day in Walt Disney World!

We’re at EPCOT today, kicking off the 2021 International Flower & Garden Festival with some great food, beautiful floral displays, and awesome entertainment. Unfortunately, if you’re trying to travel to EPCOT to join the celebrations today, you may have some problems if taking the Skyliner.
This afternoon, as we were enjoying our time at the festival, we noticed that the Skyliner gondolas hadn’t been moving. We headed over to the station to check it out and found that the entire EPCOT line was temporarily closed.

There’s a sign out in front of the station and the gates are closed. At the time of taking these photos, the gondolas remained stationary.

We’ll make sure to keep watching the EPCOT line and see if things get back up and running soon. With the start of a festival, today’s surely going to be a day when Disney needs the extra transportation!

Here’s a video we took from the Skyliner Station at International Gateway. With the Skyliner down, things are really quiet over here!
