Halloween has come to a bittersweet end in Walt Disney World. Even though we already miss wearing our costumes in the parks and listening to “Boo to You” on repeat, we’re still just as excited about the Christmas season arriving in Disney World!
Although the FULL line-up of holiday experiences will be coming to the parks on November 6th, the Magic Kingdom has already been transformed into a Winter Wonderland overnight with decorations, entertainment, and more!
We’ve got our Peppermint Ears on and we’re ready to take you along to experience all the holiday fun in Disney World today!
Before guests enter the parks, the train station is decked out with flowers, ornaments, and garlands strung with care!
While we were thrilled to see the decorations as soon as we entered, we were even more excited to see Mickey and Pluto jamming out on the upper level of the train station.
The Christmas tree on Main Street was standing tall for everyone to enjoy…
…while the streets were fashioned with Mickey wreaths on the lampposts!
As you start snapping your Christmas photos for your holiday cards, the Cinderella Castle backdrop with the wreaths seems like the perfect photo-op!
Have you ever seen anything so wonderful in your entire life??

But, it’s not just Main Street that’s decorated early! The Emporium is featuring all sorts of this year’s holiday merchandise along with lights and garlands in the store!
If a store looks this amazing, we can’t help want to go holiday shopping for our families and kiddos.
As we started walking around the park, we took a moment to admire some of the smaller decorations on Cinderella Castle that may be complemented by some upcoming projections.

Check out all the holiday decorations we found in the Magic Kingdom today!
Since we were in the Magic Kingdom, you know we had to stop by and see Buzz Lightyear. He was hanging out at his usual Tomorrowland Stage location, which has gotten its own wintery makeover!
Just around the corner, we found the cutest spirit jerseys at Mickey’s Star Traders to pair with our Gingerbread Minnie Ears!
As we wait for holiday treats to appear at restaurants around the park, Pinocchio Village Haus had a few garlands strung up to add a festive flair to Fantasyland.
Okay, but wouldn’t this be the CUTEST spot for an Instagram photo??
We were also surprised to see that the Jungle Cruise has been transformed into the Jingle Cruise right at the start of November!
Obviously, that meant we had to hop onto the attraction ASAP to “jungle all the way” with hilarious jokes from the Skippers.

The queue to the attraction was also fashioned with a mini tropical Christmas tree and a sign welcoming Santa to stop by the Magic Kingdom.
Ornaments and string lights were hanging from the ceiling as Christmas music played over the speakers to put everyone in the holiday mood!

Yesterday, the Magic Kingdom had a small fire over at Pecos Bill’s that caused Cast Members to evacuate guests from the Country Bear Jamboree and the Enchanted Tiki Room. Although the fire has since been taken care of, we noticed that the entrance to the Country Bear Jamboree was still roped off during our visit!
Find out all the details of the fire in the Magic Kingdom yesterday!
Well, it’s been quite the day full of holiday magic in the Magic Kingdom (and we’ve loved every second of it)! As Christmas goes into full swing around Disney World, we’ll give you a look at everything you can expect to find across the parks and resorts soon!
Will you be heading to Disney World for the holidays? Let us know in the comments below!
We just cancelled our December trip. It saddened me, but there are just too many things I wanted to see and do that are not available during the pandemic. With our September trip cancelled, that means no DisneyWorld this year for the first time in recent memory. Cue the tears!
