When it comes to pumpkin spice ingenuity, Disney World knows no bounds! 

All season long, Disney has delighted with an endless pumpkin parade of flavor, and if our latest dessert find is any indication, there’s no end in sight! 

From the festive colors to the pumpkin spice flavor, we’re totally “falling” in love with a new ice cream sandwich at Animal Kingdom! 

When a dinosaur-level appetite struck, we moseyed through DinoLand USA to snag a snack at Dino-Bite Snacks, which just added a Pumpkin Ice Cream Sandwich to its menu! 

Made with soft and chewy pumpkin cookies sandwiched around a softball-sized scoop of vanilla ice cream, this is the dream dessert for ice cream enthusiasts! 

Since the vanilla overwhelms the subtle spice of the cookies a bit, we wish they would pick a more complimentary flavor of ice cream. But again, for ice cream-lovers, it’s a home run! 

The sandwich is capped off with leaf-shaped sprinkles around the edge of the ice cream. They’re bright morsels in foliage-esque colors like red, orange, and yellow, lending a total fall vibe to the ice cream!
