Walt Disney World has implemented a new Park Pass reservation system that allows Disney to monitor capacity in all four theme parks.
When the parks first reopened, the group that had the most difficulty booking a reservation were Annual Passholders. As more guests visit Disney World, reservations are filling up faster for all three guest categories: Disney Resort Guests, General Ticket Holders, and Annual Passholders. This is especially true for weekends and holidays. Passholders tend to visit more often during the weekends and out-of-towners make their way to the parks during the holidays. Halloween is shaping up to reflect this trend!
Disney’s Magic Kingdom plays host to most of the Halloween activities in Disney World. Spooky entertainment, decorations, and tons of fall snacks are a huge motivator for guests to visit this park on October 31st. It’s no wonder that Magic Kingdom reservations are currently full for Theme Park Ticket Guests…
…Disney Resort Guests…
…and Annual Passholders! EPCOT is still available for Passholders to book. And, the remaining three parks are available for Resort Guests and general ticket holders.
Disney is known to add more reservations for busy weekends and holidays. We’ll continue to monitor the calendar just in case reservations open up for Halloween!
