Why This Random Tuesday Will Sell Out in Disney World

TRON Lightcycle Run has an official opening date in Magic Kingdom, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ve been watching the construction of this project for 5 YEARS now and we’re finally able to start our countdown to the ride’s grand opening. If you want to be there on opening day, we’ve got an important PSA for you!

TRON Lightcycle Run is opening on April 4th, 2023, and there is still plenty of Disney Park Pass availability for that day! Reservations are still required to enter the parks, so you’ll want to make your pass for Magic Kingdom ASAP if you’re planning on going.

Things are wide open for ticket holders and resort guests, as well as Annual Passholders. They’re likely to fill up quickly for the first two groups, but as for Passholders, the only groups that are NOT blocked out on April 4th are those with the Incredi-Pass and those with the Sorcerer Pass. We’ll be interested to see if there are enough Passholders from those two groups to fill up the reservations.

We’ll keep an eye on the Disney Park Pass calendar in the next few months to see how quickly things fill up, so stay tuned. We’ve got a few other big dates in April to watch (like the return of Happily Ever After!), so it’s likely that the month will be busy.
