Construction Update! Something is MISSING From the Upcoming Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT!

Yesterday, we took a trip to EPCOT for the first time in months for their Cast Member Preview!

Spaceship Earth

Between eating our way around “A Taste of Food and Wine” and riding our favorite rides and attractions, we hopped over to the France Pavilion to see if there were any updates on the upcoming dark ride, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure!

We have been anticipating the debut of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure for some time, which was projected to open summer of 2020. This family-friendly attraction comes straight from Disneyland Paris and will also be accompanied by a new dining location, La Crêperie de Paris!

But during our trip to EPCOT yesterday, we noticed that the “Opening Summer 2020” sign was GONE!

This was the biggest difference we spotted yesterday. The construction walls were still up and, from what we could see, there was not any more noticeable progress being made outside of the attraction.

Could this mean the opening of this new attraction has been delayed? Or could it mean the attraction is opening soon? Disney has yet to make any official announcements regarding the opening timeline for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, but we will keep our eyes peeled for more information!

  1. Mobile ordering required for all restaurants, but my android phone didn’t work. Several workers confessed that many issues arose with android phones. My first time said my order was being prepared and that lasted for several days. I had to get a manager to get my food. This went on every day. I am not going to by Apple, too expensive when my Samsung android phone does everything I need including internet, phone, and email.

  2. No way they launch a new ride until capacity levels are able to get to normal. I would not expect to see this open until 2021 at this point.

  3. We’re planning on visiting next month.I doubt it will be open by then but there will be modified Flower & Garden/Food & Wine so I can’t complain. Just glad Disney World is open again.
