Animal Kingdom - Regarding Expedition Everest: I am a plus-sized woman (5'6", size 22) and find that this ride is very comfortable to ride. I like that the lap bars are individual, so when riding with a smaller person my bar can be set different than theirs. WDW's accessibility for wheelchairs is second to none, but even with gentle ramps and elevators there can still be problems. My wife not only uses a wheelchair but is very claustrophobic: queuing is a nightmare for her. I chatted to a cast member in Epcot who directed me to the Guest Relations desk. I expained that we didn't mind waiting our turn, but we couldn't physically wait in the queue. No problem -- we were issued a special pass to show to cast members at each ride. While not every attraction has a solution, many rides have alternate entrances, or can let people in through the exit... made all the difference in the world for her. Since you're talking about the Character Experience, a true rare one to find is Jiminy Cricket. He only comes out once a year to meet and greet -- Earth Day, of course, at Rafiki's Planet Watch in Animal Kingdom. And to get my picture with him, I took a day off from work, drove a couple hours and made a day of it at the World --on my birthday, naturally. - Sergio Piedra

I've noticed a lot of comments on the benefit of Photopass, but have yet to see this one. If you are going on a Disney vacation and know that you will be utilizing Photopass photographers and will want to purchase the pictures, you can go to the Photopass website and PRE-PURCHASE the photopass CD more cheaply before you travel as opposed to when you get back home from your vacation. I saved $25 and did not have to pay for them to ship it to me! - Christina Holland

When visiting the water parks, we always start the day by establishing a home base at a couple of lawn chairs. Because of the children's different ages, we often split up in twos with me and the younger daughter going on some attractions, and Dad and older daughter going on the more adventurous attractions. So to keep tabs on each other, we leave a spiral notepad, a pen, and an inexpensive watch so that we can keep up with each other throughout the day. We leave each other notes including the time so the other twosome can have an idea of when we will be back. - Linda Hanson
