I love this restaurant, but I find the food its weakest part. The menu selections aren't great, and when you get the food, I find the quality to be lower than other Disney restaurants of comparable price. That being said, I don't come for the food! The atmosphere is breath taking, one of my favorites anywhere in Walt Disney World! We also had amazing service, excellent even by Disney's high standards.

Cool place with better than average food. Room was very cool and the staff was good. Try the apple donut ice cream dessert

We were extremely disappointed in this meal. We had a last-minute reservation here, and while the food was okay, the service was terrible. Our server was a no-show for the first 10 minutes, and when she finally came by, she just threw two small bowls of goldfish down on the table, and said we had to wait to order a milkshake for our daughter because she had a table of 9 that had ordered 7 milkshakes. She was rude as well! The salmon BLT was pretty good, but the service made this meal sub-par for us. The seating was awkward as well, at least with two small children. We won't be returning here.

I love this place for the atmosphere! Where else can you sit in a car, at night, at a drive-in, and eat good food? I had the Turkey sandwich and the cucumber salad and my husband had the Ruben with french fries. Both meals were good. I think 15.00 is too much for a sandwich, but it is Disney!

We have been to this restaurant a lot, but the couple trips we took we decided to skip it. The atmosphere is great, and the experience of sitting in an old car in a drive-in theater was pretty cool. The food was the downside for us. During previous trips, we have had pretty much the whole menu, and we were not satisfied with anything. We found out about this restaurant from other Disney Traveler friends who loved this restaurant, but it just wasn't a restaurant we would return to eat.

This is our second time eating at Sci-Fi & we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. This place is a big hit with the kids & DH & I appreciate the service. We had a great waitress, Tula. We started with the fried pickles. It had both chips & spears so everyone was happy. DD9 order kids fish & loved it. DS12 ordered a kids burger & loved it. I had the delicious shrimp pasta & DH had a bacon cheese burger. The only complaint was from DN15 which was no surprise as she complained about every meal. She ordered a well done picnic burger & was surprised that it was dry. The candy bar dessert was awesome! The movie reel is getting longer, it lasted almost 60 minutes but you did see some repeat. Overall, we always enjoy eating here & I recommend to everyone at least once.

We ate here during our very recent trip, the first week in August. We had reservations and were seated immediately. The front staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the milk shakes are divine. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. While it is quite dark inside, we have eaten here before and knew this would be the case. It was actually quite quiet within the restaurant and therefore could enjoy our conversation within our party of 7.

Sci-Fi Dine In is one of my favorite restaurants for the atmosphere. I love the drive-in scenery and sitting in the retro cars. Prior to this visit, I felt the food was declining in quality and hadn't been back for several years. I am happy to report that the food and service were better this time. I had the veggie burger with the cucumber salad. Both were delicious. My husband also enjoyed the picnic burger. Way to go Sci-Fi!

We had lunch and dinner here, and with the Disney dining plan you got a lot of food. The atmosphere and staff and service excellent. Food was good for both seating, BUT you better have a reservation. I almost needed a flash light to read the menu, but the younger members of my family and my inner nerd loved the whole set up.

We ate here May 18. this was our second visit. We had ressies for 5:50 and arrived early. When I was waiting in line to checkin several people in front of me didn't have a ressie and asked the wait. They were told 10 minutes. After I checked I thought it wouldn't be long. We waited 20 minutes and they had taken in people who just walked up without a ressie. I was not to happy. After we were seated we had an idea of what we wanted, however, our waiter seemed to be very busy and kept passing us up. After a while he eventually made his way to us and we put in our orders with appetizers. We had the dining plan but was paying OOP for this meal. since the menu is limited we got burgers. My dd5 asked for extra pickles. Our waiter joked with us and brought out a whole bowl of pickles for her which she ate. The food was good and satisfied us. We will probably not return here just because we want to explore other restaurants and since we always get the parkhopper we will utilize this next trip.
