The second best of the Mountains, Big Thunder has improved their queue with the latest refurbishment, and that's all it really needed thanks to the coaster being great already. As Molly always reminds, SIT IN THE BACK. Also if you can, keep your eye open for people waving from Tom Sawyer Island (if and when it is open)

I love love love this ride. Is it just me or does it actually go faster at night. This is one of those rides that if you have time you should ride more than once. It is so fun

I LOVE the Walt Disney World Mountains! A day at Magic Kingdom is NOT complete without a ride on Big Thunder Mountain.
Pros:
Fast and Fun, even for kiddos. Faster in the afternoon due to oil on the tracks. Back row feels faster.Cons:

Big Thunder Mountain slaps. It is a very fun coaster with some great themed elements.

Great theming with a wild, adventurous ride.Cons:

I LOVE this ride. It is an all time Disney classic, and has a great theme for being "The Wildest Ride In The Wilderness!" Make sure you get on this attraction at least once on your trip to Disney.
P.S. If you love thrill rides, then sit in the backseat and it really will be the wildest ride in the wilderness!
