Lightning McQueen to Star in Cars Experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, More on New Attractions, Restaurants

New artwork was released last week for Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, opening in 2019 in Disney's Hollywood Studios' Chinese Theatre. The first ride-through attraction themed to Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will feature a new original story and lovable theme song as it takes Disney's Hollywood Studios guests on a journey inside the wacky and unpredictable world of Disney Channel's Emmy Award-winning Mickey Mouse cartoon shorts. New technologies will transform the two-dimensional cartoon world into an astounding multi-dimensional experience.

Bus Times Now Available in My Disney Experience App

Disney has rolled out a brand new bus time feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app that enables guests to spend less time waiting at the bus stop and more time getting ready for a fun-filled day in the parks. With this feature, guests can quickly discover up-to-the-minute estimates for when the next buses will depart from their Disney Resort hotel and when they will complete their journey to their destination.

Minnie Van Service Now Open to All Disney World Resorts

The Disney Minnie Van service introduced last year is now available for everyone at Walt Disney World Resort, through the Lyft app. The service offers a convenient way for guests to travel to and from the theme parks, Disney resort hotels, Disney Springs and other Disney locations. There is a flat $25 fee per trip for the service, which is available between 6:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. (Hours subject to change.)
