CRITTER ALERT! An Armadillo Was Spotted at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Disney World!

We’re almost there, y’all!

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is set to open THIS SUMMER at Disney World, and based on our visits to the ride area, we have a feeling we’ll be getting opening details soon. Recently, we’ve heard all about the bayou critters that will be joining Tiana. Disney has slowly revealed the animal animatronics that we’ll be able to see in the ride, and it’s safe to say that a lot of us are absolutely smitten with these critters! Well, we were checking out the ride progress over at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure when we noticed that a critter has JOINED THE PARTY!

We were checking out all the ride progress when we noticed something had been added right next to the ride track. It seems that a bag or tarp of sorts is covering the critter’s head, but the body of that critter? That’s gotta be an armadillo!

Disney previously shared that Lari the Armadillo would be among the critters that join the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure lineup. We totally think that this is Lari!

This is so exciting! Now that ride testing has been underway and critters are officially being added to the ride, we have a feeling that we’ll be getting big news SOON regarding when this ride will open.
