The EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival might be running till June 1st, but we’re already thinking ahead to the Food & Wine Festival running from August 27th to November 21st.

Disney is just starting to release details about the festival, and we’re eating it all up (unfortunately, figuratively — we’ll have to wait till August to actually eat). In releasing a few returning food items, they also told us a few of the returning food booths, and we’re in for a real treat this year!
One of the returning dishes is the Street Corn-style Dumplings, which are chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija, queso crema, and cilantro at the Gyozas of the Galaxy booth.

This booth was brand new in 2025, so we’re not surprised to see it return. Last year, the other menu items included:
-
- Buffalo-style Dumplings: Chicken dumplings with buffalo sauce, celery root purée, blue cheese cream, crumbled blue cheese, shaved carrot, and micro celery
- French Onion Soup-style Dumplings: Pork and beef soup dumplings with caramelized onions, sherry-beef broth, onion and Gruyère soubise, Parmesan cracker, and micro chives
- Pineapple Colada: White rum, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and sweetened coconut milk
- Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris

All the dishes were new to the festival (aka not from other booths that they moved over), and the booth opened a little later than the other festival booths.

At the Australia booth, the Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer with sweet-and-sour vegetables and coconut-chili sauce will be returning. The other items on the menu from last year included:
-
- Roasted Lamb Chop with mint pesto and crushed salt and vinegar potato chips
- Mixed Berry Pavlova with crunchy meringue shell, macerated berries, and whipped cream
- Bulletin Place Sauvignon Blanc
- Fowles Farm to Table Shiraz
- Yalumba ‘The Y Series’ Viognier
- Wine Flight

The Mixed Berry Pavlova was new in 2025, too!

The final confirmed returning treat is the Kirschwasser Torte with cherry-brandy buttercream, fondant, sugared almonds, and cherry compote, which confirms that The Alps booth is returning. The booth also offered:
-
- Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Alpine Ham with baby potatoes, cornichons, and baguette
- Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with baby potatoes, cornichons, and baguette
- Frozen Rosé
- Stiegl Brewery Goldbräu Austrian Märzen Lager (New)

The Kirschwasser Torte was new in 2025 and was one of our favorites of the year, so we are beyond excited to see it return.

There you have it! The Alps, Australia, and Gyozas of the Galaxy will all be returning in 2026. Make sure you keep following AllEars for more Food & Wine coverage since we’ll be there on opening day, trying EVERYTHING, so you know which treats are the best.
DOING EVERYTHING AT THE EPCOT FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL IS NOT FOR THE WEAK, AND I FOUND THIS OUT PERSONALLY
Did you try any of these dishes last year? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
