From holiday parties to After Hours events to Extended Evening Hours, there are plenty of ways to pay extra and knock out some late-night hours in the parks. But if you’re heading to Disney World one particular weekend this fall, there’s a very affordable way to hang out late in EPCOT!

The runDisney Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is coming up October 31st-November 3rd, 2024. The race events draw in many visitors from around the world, and typically sell out quickly. But if you’re heading to the parks during that time, you don’t have to actually participate in a race to go to one of the weekend’s best offerings.

On Sunday, November 3rd, Disney hosts a post-race party at EPCOT! Tickets are $110 each and while the party itself doesn’t start until 10PM, you can use your party ticket to enter EPCOT at 5PM. Disney advertises this as an event for “friends and family” of the runners, considering anyone who registers for the Half Marathon or Challenge events gets entry to the party with their registration.

During the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, this post-race party will give you “access to Global Marketplaces, select EPCOT attractions, and live entertainment.” The event lasts until 1AM.

You can actually get MORE time in the park with this event than you can by purchasing a ticket to EPCOT After Hours (when it’s in season). With After Hours, you can’t get into the park until 7PM. Plus, After Hours tickets started at $149 per person in 2024, so this offers two extra hours and significant savings.

Tickets to the runDisney post-race party are available on the website currently, and there’s still some availability! If you’re heading to EPCOT for the race weekend, don’t forget to snag your access.
