A brand new restaurant is now open in Disney Springs called Summer House on the Lake. Right on the heels of eet by Maneet Chauhan opening, we checked out the new restaurant including the new Cookie Bar! But that’s not all — there are more Disney menu updates like a makeover of the iconic Monte Cristo in Disneyland to cover so let’s get into it.
