A Few Beloved Characters Are Returning to Disney's Hollywood Studios SOON

Characters have returned in a big way to Disney World, and soon another character experience will be back!

We’ve already seen various meet-and-greets and character meals become available again throughout Disney’s parks and resorts, but if you’ve been waiting for a certain Toy Story character experience to come back, we’ve got good news!

The Green Army Drum Corps is coming back and we’ve got a return date! We already knew that this entertainment offering would soon be returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios within Toy Story Land, but a return date had not yet been announced.

Now, if you visit the website for this entertainment option, it still says “returning soon” but the calendar has revealed just when it could be coming back.

The calendar doesn’t list times for this offering on dates from now through November 5th.

But on November 6th, things change! On November 6th, the calendar does list showtimes for this entertainment option. Specifically, it states that the entertainment will be available at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:30PM, and 4:30PM.

These times continue to generally be listed through the end of the calendar, which is mid-December for now.

We previously saw a job listing for the Green Army Drum Corps, but that was all the way back in April of 2022. At that time, the casting was postponed. But it looks like things picked up since then and now the Green Army Patrol is ready for action.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Green Army Drum Corps, it’s a little entertainment offering you’ll find pop up at those times listed above in Toy Story Land. The Green Army drummers perform high-energy routines for guests and some pretty impressive drum sequences!

It’s a fun little touch that can add an extra sense of immersion within the land and keep you entertained as you walk through the space.
