Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind launches soon, and it’s very hard to be patient!
This one-of-a-kind attraction opens May 27th, and brings Guardians of the Galaxy to EPCOT in Disney World! Luckily — for those of us who are finding it hard to be patient — a Disney Imagineer gave us another sneak peek into this brand new experience!
This new attraction is an omnicoaster, and the ride vehicles will turn left and right so guests won’t miss a thing! Disney Imagineer, Zack Riddley, has been providing us with many sneak peeks — like the loading area…
…and even the gift shop!
In the newest sneak peek, Zach Riddley took to Instagram to reveal what the costumes look like for the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind cast members! The cast members will be “emissaries of Xandar as members of the Nova Corps” and will help guests along their adventure!
The costumes are inspired by the style and color that we’ve seen from Nova Corps already, and the world of Xandar!
The costumes also pull from iconography we’ve already seen in the films. The pops of blue and red look so good!
And, there’s more to the costumes than meets the eye! Disney shared that 70% of the fabric is made out of recycled content, the buttons are “made from 75% recycled metal,” and even the three-armed star insignia that deems the Cast Members rank as Denarian is made from 95% recycled PVC.

Yes we scheduled our trip a few months ago and “fortunately” picked EPCOT for May 27th
I wonder if it will be virtual queue when it opens to the general public.
Also the scheduled opening on the disney website is for 10 AM
I wonder if they will open a lot earlier than that
