Trash in Walt Disney World is kind of a big deal. Disney trash cans and their stylized designs are iconic– they even sell Disney trash can merchandise!
Now that EPCOT is getting a huge makeover, it is time for the trash cans to get a glow up too! We spotted two new trash cans over in Future World with a new design to match the new look!
In Future World West, we found some new lime green trash cans that match the design we’ve seen from the EPCOT transformation.
These trash cans reflect the clean, modern new style that Imagineers are working on as part of the park’s ongoing update.
Disney makes a big effort to recycle, and that message to promote sustainability can be seen in so many little ways throughout the parks!
Over in Future World East, we found some new red trash cans as well.
The vibrant red color complements the color scheme all over this side of the park.
