Disney is sharing more details about the brand new Halloween After Hours event — BOO Bash!
This event will replace Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this year but will still feature many of the characters, snacks, and activities that guests have come to know and love from the themed party. Earlier today, Disney shared more details about the dates and pricing for the event, and now we know which cavalcades and characters we can expect to encounter!
Since reopening last year, Disney has transitioned all of its parades to short, sporadic character cavalcades. So, instead of watching a full 20-minute parade down Main Street, U.S.A., you can catch a whole host of characters for just a few minutes throughout the day! And, the cavalcades will be coming to BOO Bash too!
Disney After Hours BOO Bash will feature FOUR new Halloween cavalcades including Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade with Mickey Mouse and pals dressed up in costume…
…the Disney Villains Halloween Cavalcade, where you can see some of your favorite Disney villains like Gaston, Dr. Facilier, the Queen of Hearts, and Jafar roam the streets…
…Jacks Nightmare Cavalcade with Jack Skellington, Sally, and Oogie Boogie making their way through Magic Kingdom to This is Halloween…
…and Maleficent will be out in her fire-breathing dragon form.
In addition to the Character Cavalcades, even more Disney characters will be out greeting guests throughout the park. You can meet Miss Carlotta in front of Haunted Mansion plus, Goofy and Chip ‘n’ Dale will be showing off their Haloween costumes throughout the night too!
The Cadaver Dans will also be putting on a short performance that you might be lucky enough to catch and, you just never know who else you might stumble upon as you make your way throughout the park.
Tickets for Disney After Hours BOO Bash go on sale on June 15th, with select guests able to book their tickets even earlier on June 8th. We will continue to keep an eye out for updates on the new Magic Kingdom event, so stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
