It’s a blustery day at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World…
…but that doesn’t stop all the Halloween fun! Currently, guests can enjoy a special Halloween Character Cavalcade at the Magic Kingdom. While the cavalcades are new, Rainy Day Cavalcades have been around to compensate for the unpredictable Florida weather. When things get damp and slippery, characters board the trolley and performers slip on their galoshes for a mini-parade. We just caught the Halloween-themed Rainy Day Cavalcade and it’s pretty adorable!
The beginning of the cavalcade starts out as normal. Cute Disney Performers are dressed in raincoats and hats as they stomp in puddles down the parade route.
When the character trolley got closer we noticed something a little different…
…the characters are dressed in their Halloween costumes!
That’s right! Not even a little rain can prevent Mickey and friends from putting on their cute outfits and greeting the guests. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Pluto!
During the regular Halloween cavalcade, spooky music plays while our favorite characters waltz down the street. This time, the background music was the same as the regular Rainy Day Cavalcade. Disney is playing a little mix and match with their cavalcades!
