Walt Disney World theme parks are reopening this week, welcoming guests back for the first time since mid-March!
As Disney gears up for the reopening to all guests this weekend, they have released a look inside the parks as Cast Members get ready to welcome everyone “home!”
President of Walt Disney World Resort Jeff Vahle has shared a commercial for Disney World’s grand reopening of Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom July 11th and EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios July 15th. The one-minute commercial gives guests a sneak peek at what they can expect during their next visit!
The commercial shows images of peaceful parks as Cast Members return wearing face masks.
Cleaning procedures are showcased as Cast Members sanitize rides, dining locations, and high-touch surfaces.
Characters are shown waving to guests in the new Character Cavalcades in the parks.
The commercial also shares a glimpse at preparations for A Taste of EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, attractions going through test runs, the resorts implementing their cleaning measures, and more! As Disney World starts to reopen this week, we’ll take you with us as we explore all that’s new and different in the parks!
