  1. I was very fortunate and thankful to get a reservation for MK. I can’t wait to go back and give Disney World some love!

  2. My husband and I are annual Passholders and we didn’t receive an email about registration for the preview dates. I only knew it was open and full when I saw the article online. I know it was first come first serve but it would have been nice to have known when the site opened so we could have had a chance to try and get a reservation.

  3. Yes!! We got MK for 9th. Email came out at 11:08am eastern time and I had it booked and printed by 11:20am. I was so anxious. We are silver and won’t get back in until August. Soooo over the moon, providing they don’t close down due to COViD numbers

  4. Once again Disney has let me down. I am a registered AP holder, I never even got the email link. By the time I read about it in the news, it was full. I really wouldn’t mind not getting in, had I’d been given a chance. But I’m extremely frustrated at how this was handled.

      1. I have MDE set up with notifications as well. Did not receive any. It’s frustrating, I hope those that got reservations have a great time.

        1. I am very hurt and upset!! We are premium pass holders for 11 years straight!! Before the pandemic we were at The parks every weekend being we are only about a hour away! Disney gives me and my family life!! Since the statement of the proposed opening we have had so many issues, hold times as long as 4 hours . Leaving detailed messages on Supervisors answering machines only to not get a returned call!! No one really informative once you do finally get a hold of someone only to find they have no definitive Answer but to be assured that they are working on it!! Not true!! We did Not receive the email nor have we been able to reserve a day and they are now booking into late September!! Also I do not feel it is right to put all tiers as one!! In my opinion, Premium holders should have some type of seniority over other holders especially after 11 yrs. Words cannot express how and what I am feeling right now!! I am ashamed of Disney !! I understand that this is unprecedented times and maybe not knowing how to handle thins. But I hold Disney at a much higher standard than to tray pass holders like trash!! I never in a million years would have thought I would ever feel like that from Disney whom I felt always treated guest as Royalty!! That is until now!! My git really feels like the insides are wrenched!! This is sad!!
