I know everyone compares this to its past versions. I never saw those past versions so have nothing to compare it to. With that said, I loved this ride! It was so cute! It does not deserve all the hate it gets!

Pros:

Figment is so cute!

Cons:

skunk smell!

I love journey into imagination with figment, one of the tops of my list, but I was more of a fan of the original version.

Pros:

It is great for kids with imaginary minds, a great relaxer during a rushing day.

Cons:

It has animatronic malfunctions like all rides for the ones that are there.

Not much to this ride really...but it's a good break when you want to get off of your feet at Epcot. Fun little story with Figment and pretty short ride. Lines are not long at all, so why not.

Pros:

Fun little ride, especially for the younger ones. Lines are not long at all

Cons:

Not much to it; but hey, you're at WDW so why not.

I never rode the original version or Journey into Your Imagination, so I just know this version, and it’s the best ride in this plane of existence. The best part about everyone hating this ride is that the line is at most 15 minutes. The ride doesn’t lie when it says WITH FIGMENT. Figment doesn’t not exist in this variation. The ride begins with a pre-tour video where Figment comes back from his 2-year vacation to the imagination pavilion. The next segment is the Sound Lab where Figment calls Dr. Nigel Channing, and he loses his train of thought. Figment finds it however, and the vehicles move to the sight lab. The ride vehicles circle around a sight chart where Figment creates a song. The ride vehicles then enter the Gambling Lab, I mean Smell Lab, and Figment takes over a machine and rolls a triple skunk, creating a burnt coffee smell. Channing then cancels your tour so you go to Figment’s open house, which is upside down. After this you follow Figment’s Commute to the Institute. Arriving at the institute, Channing joins Figment and they reach the Figment Dimension. After entering a starfield, lights come back on and you leave the ride.

Pros:

Figment

Cons:

nonexistent

Why Does Everyone Hate This Attraction? Okay, the moon face is creepy.. but other than that this ride is very cute! It's a good ride to ride after a stressful day, and the line is never very long! I think that the figment upside down house is fun! While some find the ride corny, figment is the hidden staple of epcot, and I think we all know it! -Biscuits247 🙂

Pros:

The Kids WIll Love It And The Sensory IS cool!

Cons:

MOON FACE.

I have been going to Disney for more than 30 years. There has never been a ride I have refused to ride after the overhauls. Bring back dreamfinder

Pros:

Atleast figment is there

Cons:

A shadow of its former self, the original was all about imagination and the power of it.

this ride is a piece of junk. the only reason i rode it was to laugh at figment and that proved itself successful. it’s extremely out dated and made no sense, i had many moments of sensory overload as someone with ADHD. all together, very disappointed.

Pros:

figment

Cons:

figment

A very dopey, sad little ride

Pros:

With no wait time, I suppose it’s nice to get on a ride to sit for 5-7 minutes

Cons:

It’s really an irritating, UNIMAGINATIVE ride.

I don’t know why people hate figment and his ride. Sure, the ride makes no sense whatsoever, but it’s great for little kids and gives you a break from the humidity of Orlando! I think as long as you have little kids and time, you’ll enjoy this ride.

Pros:

Ummmmmmmmmmm AIR CONDITIONING

Cons:

Makes no sense
