I’m a Professional Disney Adult. Here Are 12 Things I’m Begging You to Bring to EPCOT in 2026

Starting off strong, these first few necessities are for people who are traveling with littles — they will FOR SURE want to play in the splash pad areas and/or get wet in Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. You’re for sure going to want to pack a Swimsuit/change of clothes!

There are lots of great ones online, but this one is one of our favorites, especially since Moana is so prominent in EPCOT as a whole! However, there are also lots of other designs available as well.

Along with that, you’ll want to pack a Towel to make sure you don’t have to just let them dry off in the sun, or try to grab paper towels from the bathroom.

Again, there are lots of other designs available if you’re not a fan of Toy Story, but this one is one of our favorites since it’s easy to see and find in your bag.

Now, as for the essentials we feel EVERYONE needs to pack, we’re starting off very strong with a good pair of reliable shoes! EPCOT is the largest park to walk around (Animal Kingdom is technically the largest due to the animal areas, but regular guests can’t walk around there), so you’ll be walking many miles. Personally, we love the Hoka Womens Clifton 10.

There are lots of different designs available, as well as many different types of HOKAs, if these aren’t the best fit for your feet. While ordering them online and then trying them is great, we also recommend heading to stores to try them out physically, if you have that option available to you.

With EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival right around the corner, if you plan to eat around the festival, or the park in general, we highly recommend bringing along a Tray.

The AllEars team uses festival trays in the park every festival, and they make it MUCH easier to carry around what you need and find a table. No more juggling things in your hands and hoping they don’t fall (we’ve been there — no more!).
