If there’s one thing we know about Disney fans, it is that everyone has an opinion about snacks in Magic Kingdom.
The Spring Roll Cart
The classics inspire loyalty, the seasonal treats draw crowds, and every so often, a simple cart becomes the center of a major food debate. Speaking of that, we’re bringing you a debate that came from one of the most talked-about snacks in the park. We recently reached out to you on Facebook to get your thoughts on Magic Kingdom’s iconic spring rolls, and this time, the comments poured in with some pretty unexpected takes.
We recently asked our followers on Facebook: “Are you team cheeseburger roll or do the pepperoni pizza ones steal your heart??” And honestly, you all delivered.
What do you think?
Now, let’s dive into some of your top responses.
“Neither!”
First up, we’ve got Laura, who shared,
“Neither! Just blah many better options to spend my money on!”
Cheeseburger Spring Rolls
Laura was not alone, and several readers felt the same way. We were surprised to see how many people admitted that the famous spring rolls just do not work for them. These rolls usually inspire lines and loyal fans, so hearing that they were underwhelming for some made us look closer at why they’re dividing the internet so easily.
Pepperoni Spring Rolls
The spring rolls have a lot going for them. The fillings are flavorful and fun. The cheeseburger roll brings that salty, savory mix of ground beef, cheese, pickles, and seasoning wrapped in a crispy shell. The pepperoni version adds a pizza-like filling that is warm, cheesy, and comforting. They are an easy grab while walking into Adventureland, and they have become a Disney staple for many of us. They also offer rotating flavors from time to time, which keeps things interesting and gives frequent visitors something new to try.
Spicy Pork Spring Roll
There are drawbacks that came up in comments and reviews. These rolls can be greasy. The texture is not always consistent, and depending on when you catch them, they might be crisp or slightly soggy.
Pepperoni Spring Rolls
They are also on the pricier side for the amount of food you get. You receive two rolls, which makes some fans feel they are not quite substantial enough to justify the cost.
Pricing
Lines form quickly at this cart as well. With limited seating nearby, juggling hot spring rolls while moving through Adventureland can be a bit awkward.
Look at that line!
Now, we’ve tried these rolls many times over the years, and we still enjoy them. We like that they are flavorful without being overly heavy. The cheeseburger roll is a fun twist that feels nostalgic if you grew up loving drive-thru burgers.
Mmmmm…
The pepperoni roll hits the spot when you want a warm, familiar snack in the middle of a busy park day. When they are fresh, crispy, and hot, they really shine. We admit that they are not the most budget-friendly option in Magic Kingdom, but the creativity and the bold flavors keep them on our must-eat list.
Delicious
Since snack loyalty is strong in Disney World, we can understand why Laura and others choose to spend their money elsewhere. Magic Kingdom has plenty of alternatives that offer great value and a variety of flavors.
For example, if you want something savory, you might prefer the corn dog nuggets at Casey’s Corner. They are easy to share and always reliable.

And of course, if you prefer something cold, you can never go wrong with a classic DOLE Whip from Aloha Isle.
Coconut Dole Whip
It really was interesting to see how many readers shared opinions similar to Laura’s. These rolls have a strong fanbase, but they also have critics who feel they don’t quite live up to the buzz. We appreciate seeing both perspectives. That’s part of what makes Disney food culture so fun. Everyone has different favorites, and everyone has something they skip.
