We have our FIRST LOOK at a brand-new Disney merch collection celebrating Disney World’s upcoming nighttime parade, Disney Starlight!
Ever since the news first broke that Disney World would be getting a brand-new nighttime parade, we’ve been waiting on the edge of our seats. From stunning concept art of the parade floats to the long-awaited opening date confirmation, we’ve been living for it all! Now, we’re finally starting to get a few more updates from Disney about this new parade, and Disney just shared an exclusive first look at the NEW merchandise collection dedicated to the Disney Starlight parade.
Disney World’s new nighttime parade is debuting in Magic Kingdom on July 20th. We’re already planning our night out in the park! Getting to be one of the first to see these gorgeous parade floats travel through Frontierland, into Liberty Square, and then right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. is a sight we’re so eager to see!
We’ve seen the concept art. We’ve seen the new costumes Mickey and his friends are wearing for the show. And now, we’ve got a special look at the new merchandise to go with the parade!
The Disney Starlight parade will debut with its own collection of merchandise — take a peek at the items below!
The collection will feature a new graphic t-shirt with the Disney Starlight logo…
…a throw blanket to use at home or while you’re staking out your parade spot ahead of its performance, plus some interactive bubble wands…
… a pair of Minnie ears that will light up in sync with the parade floats as they pass by…
…and even a debut pin! The collection has a cool-toned purple color palette with tons of sparkly details. How fun!
We can hardly contain our excitement for this new collection to arrive. This new parade will mark the first nighttime parade to debut at Disney World in several years. The Main Street Electrical Parade, Magic Kingdom Park’s long-running nighttime parade, officially ended its historic run at Disney World on October 9, 2016, and since then, we’ve been missing that extra nighttime entertainment!
