EPCOT Will Look Dramatically Different in 10 Days

Raise your hand if you’re planning to go to EPCOT this summer! First of all, congrats! But, while you’re here, you might want to listen carefully. We have some advice for anyone planning a trip this summer.

This isn’t going to be any old summer in Disney World. Disney is going all out for Cool Kid Summer — bringing more characters, new activities, and more fun surprises to the parks and resorts. But, part of the summer changes include the official END of a popular event in EPCOT. Say hello to Cool Kid Summer, GEO-82, and the new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, and say goodbye to the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival.

All good things must come to an end! The last day of the 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is June 2nd. By mid-June, all traces of this floral festival will be GONE.

If you’re visiting EPCOT before June 2nd, make sure to soak in the final days of the festival! By the way, this year marks the 30th Anniversary of the Flower & Garden Festival, so celebrate with a special drink or the Provence Poutine. You can also check out stunning topiaries and floral displays, fun activities, and the beloved Garden Rocks concert series.

This festival is one of the biggest that EPCOT has to offer, spanning three whole months! It’s also one of the prettiest times of year to visit the park because it’s decorated with thousands of gorgeous displays.

But when one door closes, another one opens! Disney recently confirmed that the 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival will run from August 28th to November 22nd. We cannot WAIT to see what’s offered at the festival this year — stay tuned for more information.
