Get ready runners!

While runDisney is already announcing details for 2025 events, there are still plenty of runs left in 2024. In fact, Disney just released the FIRST look at the medals for one of the most anticipated events left on the 2024 calendar.
The 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is scheduled for October 31st through November 3rd, and themed as a celebration of the event’s “crystal anniversary over four days of exciting events. From a flavorful 5K and a tasty 10K, to a hearty half marathon and a tempting two-course challenge, the events will feature food-centric stories and highlight iconic Disney Chefs and the wacky and wonderful food they create.”
The Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will feature 3 major races:
The Wine & Dine 5K which features a run “through 3.1 miles of Muppety madness.” Appropriately the medal for the 5K features the Swedish Chef himself.

The Wine & Dine 10K invites runners to “embark on a 6.2-mile adventure down the bayou” because “Tiana achieved her dreams and so can you!” Unsurprisingly, the medal for the race is Tiana herself, serving up a steaming hot plate of her trademark beignets.

Disney declares that when it comes to the 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon, “Anyone can cook. Anyone can run. So lace up for the 2024 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon hosted by Chef Remy and Linguini. During this tasty trek, you’ll race for 13.1 miles through some of the finest cuisine in all of Paris.” The medal for the half marathon features Remi himself, along with a reference to the event’s 15th year.

Finally, there will be a fourth medal available for Wine & Dine Weekend. Those “who sign up for the 2024 Disney Two Course Challenge and complete both the 10K and the Half Marathon on pace, you can earn a special challenge medal featuring Chef Mickey.” In addition to Chef Mickey, the medal also features Tiana and Remy from their respective 10K and Half Marathon looks.

As of now, all three races and the two-course challenge are sold out. Tickets are still available for the Post-Race Party. According to Disney, this “celebration at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival includes access to Global Marketplaces, select EPCOT attractions and live entertainment with a 10:00 PM start time, giving you access to the park after regular operating hours. Post-Race Party ticket holders will be admitted to EPCOT as early as 5:00 PM on November 3, 2024––giving them even more time to enjoy park favorites before the event begins!”

The adorable medal designs for the 2024 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend have been released, making the major runDisney event feel even closer! Stay tuned to AllEars for more runDisney coverage.
