We have a menu update for you from EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival!

There are so many wonderful food and drink options available at this Festival — you can click here to see our FAVORITES! But one booth will be CHANGING soon. Here’s what you need to know.
The Farmer’s Feast festival booth has a NEW menu that starts tomorrow, April 9th! This booth has been serving its Early Bloom Menu since the start of the Festival but will transition tomorrow to its Springtime menu.

Here’s what’s on the Springtime menu:
- Grilled Vegetable Bruschetta with marinated peppers, zucchini, squash, artichokes, goat cheese, and balsamic glaze on grilled ciabatta (we saw this back in 2022 as well)

- Grilled Swordfish with crushed fingerling potatoes, pea and mint purée, grilled asparagus, and lemon beurre Blanc (New)
- Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake with crème fraîche whipped cream (we saw this in 2022)

In terms of the drinks, you’ll find these at the booth throughout the entire festival: Collective Arts Brewing Blueberry & Elderberry Sparkling Hard Tea (New) ($5.50/ 6oz — $9.50/12 oz), and the Ghost Mary: Translucent Bloody Mary with Boyd & Blair Cucumber Vodka, tomato water, horseradish, celery salt, and a hint of pepper (New) ($11.50).

So if you want to try the Early Bloom menu (which has Chilled Potato and Leek Soup “Vichyssoise,” Bison Ribeye, Spice Cake, and Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail), today is your LAST day. On April 9th, the Springtime Menu begins. That’ll last through May 20th. Starting May 21st, the menu will switch to feature summer flavors.
