Dining in Disney World is about to get quite a bit fancier!

Victoria & Albert’s is the premier dining destination in Walt Disney World, thanks to its AAA five-diamond status. Located over in the Grand Floridian Resort, this spot is well-known for its decadent dishes, dedicated servers, and upscale experience. Victoria & Albert’s doors have remained shut since the pandemic-related closures, but Disney recently shared that the restaurant would be reopening on July 28th — and now, they’ve shared a sneak peek at some of the changes!
Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will officially reopen its doors on July 28th, 2022 after being closed for over two years! Guests can book reservations now, but while we’re waiting for the restaurant to reopen Disney has shared a first look at the updated interior.

We only knew that the dining room has been “reimagined” and will now feature a “Victorian-styled setting” featuring “murals and wall coverings that showcase a timeless elegance and subtle inspirations of a whimsical garden.” But now, we’ve got a look at the updated dining room!

Not only that, but Disney also shared a few close-up shots of the “subtle inspirations” and accents they’ve added to the space. It looks like there will be several floral fixtures and designs featured throughout the updated atmosphere. Dragonflies adorn the walls, really leaning into the “whimsical garden” vibe Disney is aiming for.

The floral designs are even carried through to the light fixtures, with this shiny gold chandelier illuminating part of the space. Disney has referred to the new look as “timeless opulence” and we’re inclined to agree so far!

Reservations for Victoria & Albert’s can be booked now in the My Disney Experience app or on the Disney website, so if you’re looking for a high-end meal you won’t find anywhere else on Disney property, head on over to book your table!
