Have You Ever Wanted to Do Yoga in Disney World? Here's Your Chance!

Now that runDisney is back for 2021-2022, we’ve been keeping our eyes peeled for new details about upcoming races.

Disney recently revealed the medals for the upcoming Wine & Dine Half Marathon, and also the themes for the Disney Princess Half Marathon in 2022. Now Disney has added something else to the Princess Half Marathon, and if you’re into yoga, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

runDisney will be kicking off the Princess Half Marathon weekend with Disney Princess Sunrise Yoga in front of Cinderella Castle! This unique yoga session in Magic Kingdom is scheduled to take place on February 24th, 2022. Imagine balancing in tree pose, watching the sun rise behind Cinderella Castle.

Disney has not yet revealed the exact time of this event but we can guess it’ll be sometime around sunrise, General registration will open at 10 AM EST on August 24th. The registration fee depends on the day you schedule your reservation, which means the earlier you schedule, the cheaper the price.

If you reserve between August 24th, 2021 through January 24th, 2022, tickets will cost $95. If you don’t reserve until January 25th through February 16th, 2022, tickets increase to $105. So if you have your heart set on an opportunity to do yoga in Disney World in front of Cinderella Castle, don’t hesitate to reserve your spot!
