Update: As of Saturday evening, the ride is back up and running.
We’ve got an update to share from Magic Kingdom!
While exploring the park today and navigating its crowds, we learned that a fan-favorite roller coaster was closed!
Over in Frontierland, we noticed that Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was no longer up and running.
We spoke with a Cast Member who shared that the ride was down due to technical difficulties and that they weren’t confident that it would reopen today.
Currently, the My Disney Experience App reflects the attraction’s closure.
