The Dapper Dans

It typically steps off at 3:00 PM, runs about 12 minutes, and travels the full parade route through the park. If you want a Main Street viewing spot, arrive early. The curb fills up fast on busy days.

Flag Retreat Ceremony

At 5:00 PM, Main Street slows down for a moment of quiet ceremony. The Flag Retreat takes place in Town Square, where a cast member leads guests in the Pledge of Allegiance, a trumpet sounds Retreat, and the American flag is carefully lowered while “The Star-Spangled Banner” plays.

The ceremony honors veterans and is genuinely moving if you happen to catch it. It’s a 15-minute tradition that a lot of guests don’t even know exists, and it’s worth stopping for.

Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away

Once the sun goes down, Main Street transforms.
