Some of the rarest Disney World characters are available to meet for a limited time!

Meeting characters at Disney World can either terrify you or make your whole day. If you’re someone who loves to meet with characters but really lives for the thrill of meeting those super rare characters during your day at the park — or if you have purchased special events just for opportunity to see them, you’ve got a short window of time to see a few that are only out ONCE each year.
Spring is HERE (and so are our seasonal allergy flare ups) but, if you can get past all of that and make your way out to Disney World soon, you’ll have a once-a-year opportunity at meeting with a few RARE faces that aren’t typically found around the parks.

Magic Kingdom is a kid’s (and kid at heart’s) playground with rides, shows, nightly fireworks, and yes, even several characters to meet throughout the day.

So, if you’re like us and live for those moments when you’re able to catch an unfamiliar face around, it’s an important stop to make and document the experience! Since it’s spring time with Easter just days away, you’ll only have a few days time to make this meet and greet happen. Right now, Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny are meeting by Bunny Lane Garden (otherwise known as the Gazebo in Liberty Square behind Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe) daily. They’re only out for a limited time though, intermittently between 9 AM to 4:30 PM so you’ll need to be quick and plan to get in line soon because it can fill up to capacity in between times the Easter Bunnies are out meeting.

It’s always a good time to stop by and see a few of our favorite friends spreading joy around Magic Kingdom (it’s also remarkable because they’re usually swamped with Easter things to do around this season). But, a quick chat and a pose for a photo does the trick, and our entire year is made thanks to their smiling faces!

Like we mentioned before, once people take notice that they’re out you’re likely already too late to meet them for that time and may be asked to wait until they’re back from checking on the eggs for a quick minute. If you’ve really got your sights set on snapping a rare photo with these two, you’ll want to get to them early in the day for your best chance! Also, they’re only out through Easter and then they’ve got lots of work to get back to before next holiday season. If you happen to miss them this year, you’ll likely have an opportunity again around the same time next year.
With so much to see and do around Disney World, you can’t possible try and tackle it by yourself! We’re constantly watching the crowds, wait times, news, updates, and more so be sure to stay tuned with us at AllEars for the latest.
