While many people may know about hidden Mickeys or about the windows on Main Street that pay homage to those who have made a huge difference during their time with the Walt Disney Company, there is a secret event that only happens once a day on Main Street, U.S.A.!

Corn dog nuggets are an iconic Disney World snack, and you can find them at Casey’s Corner right at the end of Main Street, U.S.A.! If you are craving corn dog nuggets first thing in the morning, you may catch a secret event that only happens once a day!

Casey’s Corner

Casey’s Corner is baseball-themed, and the Cast Members’ costumes even mimic baseball uniforms! To open this quick-service restaurant, a ceremonial first pitch ceremony happens each day. Cast Members usually select two guests for this honor.

If you are looking to witness this exclusive event, you will want to show up at Casey’s Corner about 15 minutes before it opens. Currently, Casey’s Corner opens at 10:30 AM each day, but it is always good to check the My Disney Experience app to see if there are any changes.

If you are looking to be the lucky one selected to throw the ceremonial first pitch, showing up early is crucial. Your odds can also increase by wearing something festive or matching the theme of Casey’s Corner, as well as being energetic and enthusiastic. Don’t be discouraged if you do not get picked! It is still a cool event to witness!

That is not the only special once-a-day offering on Main Street, U.S.A.! If you stop by the Main Street Cinema, you may notice that the shop is filled with Disney hats and tons of Mickey and Minnie ears. So fitting to the theme of what the shop sells and being cinema-themed, each day, one lucky guest gets to select the Director’s Hat of the Day!

We love that there are so many hidden details and limited offerings throughout the parks, especially on Magic Kingdom’s Main Street U.S.A. Little things like the first pitch and Director’s Hat of the Day are what makes Disney World so magical!
