PHOTOS: EPCOT Is Changing in a MAJOR Way Tomorrow — Get a FIRST LOOK Here!

After years and years of waiting — the time has almost come!

Disney announced that the walls would be coming down around the World Celebration Gardens in EPCOT, revealing Dreamers Point and the new Walt the Dreamer statue on December 5th, and we’ve got our very first official look at the new space!

World Celebration Gardens and Dreamers Point officially open on December 5th, but Disney let us get a little sneak peek at the new area a bit early — let’s check it out!

We’ve got a new, gorgeous view of Spaceship Earth over here now.

We were invited to the Dedication Ceremony, where Imagineers and other Disney employees spoke about the project, Walt, and his dream — and you can even see him peeking out back there!

Is it really a Dedication Ceremony in EPCOT if Voices of Liberty isn’t there? We didn’t think so.

And, of course — there’s Walt! The Walt the Dreamer Statue is the newest visage of the man who started it all. He’s ready and waiting for you to come take photos with him!

There’s a lot to see and explore here, including some new seating.

We also spotted some new tables and chairs…

…with charging stations that feature regular outlets and USB ones!

There are some new magnolia trees in the area surrounded by more benches and seating.

And, of course, you can always have a seat next to Walt himself!

Make sure you check this brand new area out the next time you’re In EPCOT — it will officially be open to the public as of December 5th!
