EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival is around the corner!

EPCOT Food and Wine Festival (2022)

If you’re already feeling overwhelmed by all the options, we’ve got you covered. Each year we do a Best of the Fest to tell you what’s worth it. But if you’re trying to plan ahead on what you should get, here are the items we’re SO excited to see return this year.

India

We’re really looking forward to seeing the Crispy Paneer return this year!

Crispy Paneer (2022)

We loved the breading and the interesting texture of the cheese, and while you shouldn’t go in expecting it to taste like mozzarella sticks, you’ll want to grab this one if you’re up for a bit of an adventure.

Brazil

There are two we’re excited to see return to Brazil. First is the Feijoada.

Feijoada (2022)

This dish is made with Black Beans and crispy pork belly, Brazil nut pesto, and Ben’s Original Long Grain White Rice. We loved the combination of flavors here — it was seasoned well, tasty, and filling. If you’re up for an adventure, go grab it!

Next we’ve got the Pão de Queijo, also over in Brazil.

Pão de Queijo (2022)

This Brazilian cheese bread was so gooey and soft, we highly recommend you give these bread puffs a try.

Fry Basket

The Adobo Yuca Fries are returning this year as well!

Yuca Fries (2022)

These were like thick garlic toast in french fry form but with yuca instead of potato. We loved the seasoning on them and the crispness of the outside.

Coastal Eats

And the Baked Scampi Dip is also returning to Coastal Eats this year.

Baked Scampi Dip (2022)

This snack is made with shrimp and scallops and is a great blend of cheese and seafood. Plus, it comes with a baguette for dipping!

Greece

We’ve also got two returning favorites at the Greece booth. First up is the Spanakopita, which is cheese and spinach inside a flaky pastry. Delicious and simple!

Spanakopita (2022)

Then we also love the Griddled Cheese! It’s a slice of cheese covered with pistachios and honey, but its flavors are far from basic.

Japan

Over in Japan, we are so excited to see the Teriyaki Chicken Bun return.

Teriyaki Chicken Bun (2022)

This is a steamed bun filled with chicken, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce that we found to be amazing every year. It’s small, but the flavor packs a punch!

Canada

If you’re looking for something a little fancier, grab the “Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon from Canada!

Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon (2022)

The steak was so flavorful last year and the sauce complimented it so well. It’s really hearty though, so it may fill you up unless you share with a friend!

France

Looking for some more bread? Grab the Beignet aux Trois Fromages from France.

Beignet aux Trois Fromages (2022)

This snack is simple but delicious — three cheeses stuffed inside a beignet!

Flavors of America

Looking for something else that’s sweet? Grab the Freshly Baked Carrot Cake!

Carrot Cake (2022)

We love the blend of spices that brings this cake to the next level, and the cream cheese frosting just really pulls it all together.

Food and Wine Passport (2022)

We can’t wait to try some of this year’s new dishes and see what else gets added to our Best of the Fest this year, so stay tuned to AllEars!
