A Word of WARNING About Disney World’s Latest Souvenir

Disney World has a NEW souvenir but you’ll want to be warned about one thing before buying it!

There are all kinds of unique things to buy at Disney — from things that’ll help you explore your family history to new Minnie ears that could be divisive. But we must warn you about one of Disney’s newest items.

While we were at the Emporium in Magic Kingdom we spotted some brand NEW Minnie Ears themed to a classic Disney parks snack — CHURROS!

The ears come with a sparkly silver bow in the center…

…and you can see the little dusting of cinnamon sugar on the churros, with a chocolate layer on top.

The backs of the ears feature more of that chocolate-dunked churro goodness all on top of a sparkly headband.

If you are a churro fan, you might be looking at these and already drooling/setting aside some cash for your next park purchase. These will set you back $34.99.

BUT BE WARNED. The churro ears themselves are made of plastic and they are HEAVY. We asked our team member if they were so heavy that they might make the ears uncomfortable to wear. They shared that, as a whole, the headband isn’t too bad to wear, but you can certainly feel the ears on your head and some of the weight of those churros when wearing them.

They were so heavy that they sort of tried to make the headband topple over when we were holding them. So go in expecting these to be heavier than some other ears and know that they might not last the whole day on your head if you find that to be uncomfortable.
