How to Complete a Scavenger Hunt and Win a PRIZE in EPCOT

EPCOT’s 2023 Festival of the Arts is in full swing and we’re taking you with us every step of the way!

Festival of the Arts is so much fun!

There’s more to do at this festival than stuff our faces with delicious food, shop for new merchandise, and check out all the entertainment, and one super fun activity is Figment’s special scavenger hunt — and this year’s prize is really fun too! Here’s how to play!

Fan-favorite Figment’s Brush with the Masters is back at the 2023 Festival of the Arts, and this scavenger hunt sends participants in search of artwork around the World Showcase! This activity is not that different from scavenger hunts we’ve seen at other EPCOT festivals.

The goal for this scavenger hunt is to “help Figment learn about art” by finding Figment hidden in famous pieces of art around the World Showcase! You must purchase the scavenger hunt map at Creations Shop, Port or Entry, or World Traveler for $9.99.

Figment paintings are hidden all over the World Showcase. Keep your eyes peeled for the gold Figment frames!

When you’ve successfully finished your map, you can return it to Disney Traders or World Traveler to redeem your map for a special prize. Sometimes, Cast Members will allow you to collect your prize when you purchase your scavenger hunt board so you don’t have to backtrack, but your mileage may vary with that based on the Cast Member.

Now, what about the prize? Last year the prize was small character puzzles, and this year the prize is a figurine you can paint! We chose Minnie Mouse, but there were other character options including Mickey, Goofy, and Figment.

Keep in mind that not all items may be available as prizes during your visit, so you might want to do this scavenger hunt sooner rather than later if you have your eye on one specific prize! Stay tuned to AllEars for more 2023 Festival of the Arts news!
