PHOTOS: Are YOU Brave Enough to Try Disney World's NEW Hot Dog?

Walt Disney World is celebrating its 50th anniversary over the next 18 months which means that there are a ton of new things to check out around the parks and resorts.

There’s returning live entertainment, brand new fireworks shows, new restaurants and attractions, and lots of merchandise to explore. But, it wouldn’t be a Disney World celebration without some new eats and drinks, right? Well, there are over 150 of them and we’re heading over to Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom to try a few!

Located on the corner of Main Street, U.S.A. with a view of Cinderella Castle, Casey’s Corner is a favorite spot for many park-goers. And, for the 50th anniversary, there are FOUR new menu items to check out featuring some of Walt Disney’s favorites!

For those who are feeling a bit more adventurous, there’s a new 50th Celebration Hot Dog, which features an all-beef hot dog topped with strawberry bacon jam, crisp funnel cake pieces, and powdered sugar. It costs $11.99 and comes with a side of fries.

Plus, we also picked up the new Pressed Penny Silk Pie for dessert! It is made with a chocolate tart shell, silky chocolate filling, sweet whipped cream, and topped with a chocolate-pressed penny for $6.49.

If you’re heading here looking for a full meal, there’s the new 1971 Meal (which is named after the year that Magic Kingdom opened). It includes a chili-cheese all-beef hot dog, French fries, fountain beverage, and 50th anniversary cake pop all for $19.71.

And, if you want to try a favorite from Walt Disney himself, Casey’s Corner also has Walt’s Chili-Cheese All-Beef Foot-long Hot Dog, which is an all-beef hot dog topped with Walt’s favorite chili recipe for $13.49.
