PHOTOS: Progress on the Disney World Construction Project You Probably Forgot About!

There’s a LOT of construction going on at Disney World right now! From the massive EPCOT redesigns to the upcoming TRON attraction in Magic Kingdom, there are a ton of big things going on around the parks.

Lots of construction at EPCOT!

For today, let’s turn our attention to a smaller project and take a look at some big progress!

The refurbishment on Magic Kingdom’s Main Street, U.S.A. Railroad Station has made a lot of progress!  No more scrim up top, no more coverups — just a beautiful station at the front of the park! There is still scrim on the lower level of the train station, but we did miss this view.

The Train Station is back!

The Magic Kingdom Railroad has been closed for some time due to the TRON: Lightcycle Run construction in Tomorrowland and has been getting refurbishments for a long time while the Railroad was closed. Last month, we finally caught a glimpse at what’s behind the scrim, and today, we can finally see the the top of the station in its full glory again!

So beautiful!

Although the Magic Kingdom Railroad isn’t quite open yet, it’s nice to see some progress! We’re always keeping up with the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more.
