PHOTOS: Take a Look at the Crowds at EPCOT's Food & Wine Festival!

It’s Food and Wine Fest season! The 2021 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is in full swing.

It’s finally time!

So far, we’ve already taken a look at the Food & Wine merchandise that is available online, shared a first look inside EPCOT during the first day of the festival, and taken a peek at the festival’s NEW Minnie ears! But now it’s time to check out something else…the crowds!

Today, July 15th, is the first day of the 2021 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. You might be wondering what type of crowds you can expect to see on the Festival’s opening day. Well, we’ve got various reporters in the park who have shared their views of the crowds around them from various points. Let’s take a look at them now.

First, we’ll take a look at the crowds that were near the standard, front entrance area to EPCOT. As we were walking toward the front of the park, there were QUITE a lot of other guests walking with us.

Here’s another look at those crowds and the lines to get into the EPCOT entrance.

Let’s just say we weren’t exactly the only ones excited to eat lots of food and try all kinds of new treats.

On the other side of the park, near the International Gateway entrance area and EPCOT’s entrance to the Disney Skyliner, the crowds were pretty substantial. Seriously, that’s like a sea of people!

Eventually, we made our way through the crowds and over to the International Gateway entrance.

Inside the park there were some decent lines in a variety of spots including near Mouse Gear…

…and at some of the booths.

Of course, this is the Festival’s opening day so larger crowds are to be expected. During festivals, EPCOT also typically gets crowded on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as Orlando locals stop by the park to check out all of the new things the festival has to offer.

If you’re planning a visit to EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival and can avoid visiting during the weekends, you may encounter less crowds and lines so that’s something to keep in mind.
