There are plenty of must-do rides in the Parks of Walt Disney World, but today we’re going to celebrate the unsung heroes that are a little more underrated!

Not every Disney World ride or attraction can be as popular as Space Mountain or Rise of the Resistance, but you know what? That’s okay!
We can all talk about how many times we’ve been on Tower of Terror or Slinky Dog Dash…but how many times have you been on these underrated rides?
Magic Kingdom
There’s something to be said for the long, relaxing rides in Disney World. Much like how the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover has grown in popularity over the years, we can’t wait for the return of the Walt Disney World Railroad! This underrated ride is a great way to give your weary feet a well-deserved break.

In that same vein, we think the most underrated attraction in Tomorrowland is actually Carousel of Progress! It’s truly a marvel when you consider how long the show has been running.

Finally, you really have to appreciate the air conditioned break you’ll have when you check out Mickey’s PhilharMagic. AC aside, it’s a wonderful little show that the whole family will enjoy, filled with some of your favorite Disney songs!

EPCOT
We’re kicking off our list of underrated attractions at EPCOT by going with the obvious one here — Living With the Land! This may be one of the most underrated rides in all of Disney World. It’s calm, it’s relaxing, it’s long, it almost never has a long wait time, and you learn all about plants and agriculture!

Over in World Showcase, The American Adventure is another underrated attraction that guests may not know about! This show features tons of audio-animatronics and is a great way to take a break in the middle of your trek through the pavilions.

Similarly, Impressions de France in the France Pavilion is a quintessential EPCOT experience. This film opened with the park in 1982 and continues to play to this day!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
With all the excitement surrounding Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, we often forget about the Star Wars ride that started it all: Star Tours – The Adventures Continue! The ride has been updated over the years as the new films were released, so don’t think that the ride is old or outdated!

And we must, must, MUST give a shout out to Muppet Vision 3D. This attraction is hilarious and has stood the test of time in Hollywood Studios. Plus, it’s a nice, air conditioned break in the middle of a hot day…what could be better?

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Na’vi River Journey is often overshadowed by the ever-so-popular ride Flight of Passage. Both of these rides can be found in Pandora – The World of Avatar. While Flight of Passage definitely delivers on thrills and Imagineering, Na’vi River Journey totally delivers in other unique ways! This super calm boat ride boasts some pretty incredible technology, not to mention the shaman animatronic at the end of the ride!

Take some time out of your next Disney World vacation to check out one of these underrated attractions, or any other ride that perhaps you haven’t considered in the past! You may just find that you have a new favorite destination in the theme parks.

My family loves the many adventures of Winnie the Pooh. So cute even now that my daughters are older, we never miss going on it. Hope the interactive queue reopens, so fun to pass the time waiting.
